چکیده

Green human resource management means taking action and shaping promoting pro-ecological attitudes in the working environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate role green Human Resource Management (HRM) corporate policies environmental sustainability. Research area was carried out among 346 employees employed enterprises from various industries Poland 2021. An online questionnaire used study. obtained results were subjected statistical analysis; a logistic regression model applied using Statistica computer package. conducted research showed that employees' awareness competencies employer's activities training education are statistically significant. Still, employers should emphasise staff conjunction with their job position.
